Winner on the flat showed a deal of promise on hurdles debut for new yard to think he should be up to taking this modest novice hurdle. Harry Cobden is a positive booking for the yard having a 36% when teaming up with Milton Harris in the last couple of years.

Hasn`t taken much racing but has shown enough to think he can be involved here off a mark of 66 dropping into class 6 company for the first time. Trainer Grant Tuer remains in good form and if this gelding can build on last time, then we can expect him to add to that tally.

7.20 Hexham Rattle Owl 11/2 Each Way Unibet 4 places

Rattle Owl ran a promising enough effort on his return to action after an extended break recently, staying on late over an inadequate test. A mark of 114 looks very workable based on novice hurdle success and a good second place finish in a handicap at Doncaster of an 8lb higher mark. Trainer Jedd O`Keeffe is in good form at the moment having 4 winners in the last month and has a 46% strike rate with his runners here at Hexham.
