Started to fulfil some of the potential we had seen previously when a winner of a handicap at Fairyhouse recently. The 9lb rise will make things tougher, however the Barry Connell runner looked anything but the finished product and has plenty of scope for further improvement still.

Next Best (ew) 4.15 Plumpton Teddy Blue 6/1 Unibet

The Gary Moore runner looks a horse of some potential still off his current mark. Yard going really well at the moment 36% strike rate in the last couple of weeks. I think you can forgive him his run in the Morbattle last time when going off favourite. Has a weight turn around with the Aucunrisque for his respectable third in the Betfair hurdle and this sharp 2 mile is likely to suit this keen going type.

Each Way 2.05 Southwell 20/1 Unibet

One win from 3 efforts last year. Looked in need of his return run here over 6f, also raced on the un favourable side of the track in straight. The drop back to 5f looks more likely to suit here and has a nice high draw on this occasion. Looks a fair price.
