3.30 Ayr – Al Husn NAP

The Roger Varian trained filly Al Husn should get back too winning ways today at Ayr .
Dropped into a listed race after being left for dust by fast improver via Sistina in the group 2 Dalia stakes, the daughter of Dubawi will find this much easier.
The ground was soft at Newmarket last time, so this better ground should see her win this race for her trainer , Roger Varian, who won this race in 2017 and 2019.
This is also Jim Crowley’s only ride at Ayr tomorrow.
I expect a big run and a comfortable win.

4.00 Ayr – Yaaser e/w

Last seen finishing 4 and a half lengths behind recent winners what’s the story and Mostawa at Hamilton, Yaaser drops in class into a class 4 handicap today.
His handicap mark has dropped back too a rating of 71, the same rating as when winning a competitive racing league race back in last August.
Returning too Ayr will suit him and with a good draw in stall 1, it wouldn’t be a surprise too see him come back too form at an each way price.

4.20 Warwick – Saint Calvados

Produced his best performance of the season last time at Ayr, before making a mistake at the last fence and getting run down in the final furlong.
Drops back to 2 miles for the first time since winning at Cheltenham in 2019 off a 6lb higher handicap mark .
Handicapped to win, and this race is a lot easier than last time.
Mercian Prince is the main danger having won his last 2 races, but they were at Kempton, and he’s much better right handed, so I’ll take a chance on Saint calvados.
